We have been working with this company since 2007 and delivered classical trainings on management and leadership, presentation skills and cross-cultural communication in teams.
We have also worked with different regional sales teams in Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and Europe. We helped those teams to come to common understanding of the business objectives and priorities, to look at their team profile and identify strengths and development areas for individuals and entire teams.
We also facilitated efficiency sessions for cross-functional teams (Sales and Purchasing, Production and Quality Control, Marketing and Technology departments) and help them to agree on partnership principles and ways of working together.
